A 1950s heavily roasted classic, this blend has been reworked just like the high flying (85,000 feet) SR-71 Blackbird. The Mach 3+ SR-71 was developed as a classified project during the 1960s by Lockheed's Skunk Works division. The good news is our Blackbird is now totally refined and is now a perfectly full-bodied Italian style espresso - we could tell you more but it's classified. Using 50 years of experience in roasting and blending, to produce awesome coffee flavours. Our master roaster ensures optimum flavours are extracted from the beans during every stage of the roasting and blending process. All blends are HaCCP, ISO9001, and Halal certified.
